Through this partnership, guests can fly privately into Moab from major airports across the Southwest, enjoying a fast, comfortable, and flexible travel experience tailored to their schedule.
For participants who choose to ship their vehicles ahead of time, Redtail Air also provides secure, on-site storage solutions in Moab, allowing guests to arrive by air and immediately access their vehicles upon arrival. This integrated air-and-ground solution simplifies logistics, reduces travel time, and ensures a smooth, premium experience from departure to adventure.
Aircraft Charter + Storage Rates
All charter prices include a roundtrip flight and are operated as private aircraft charters, providing a comfortable and exclusive experience tailored to your schedule. The price shown reflects the cost for the entire aircraft. Our fleet includes multiple aircraft options, with seating configurations ranging from 3 to 9 passengers.
If you’re open to flying with other participants, let us know. We’ll do our best to match you with another group to share the aircraft and reduce individual costs, while still maintaining a smooth and coordinated travel experience.

Our pilot training program is designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to take to the skies and earn your private pilot license.
40 Hours Minimum Flight Time
20 Hours With A Certified Flight Instructor
10 Hours Solo Flying Time
20 Hours Ground Instruction
Must Be At Least 17 Years Of Age To Get Pilots License
Receive A Medical Exam Certificate
Complete & Pass A Written Private Pilot Test
Pass Check Ride With A FAA Certified Check Airman

Yes. Our hangar is locked and located behind a secure barbed-wire fence. This ensures that all vehicles stored with Redtail Air remain safe and protected

Redtail Air is based at Canyonlands Field Airport (CNY), which is approximately 25 minutes north of downtown Moab.
Flights are operated as private aircraft charters. However, shared flights may be available upon request if another group is flying around the same time.
