Welcome to Redtail Air, proudly powering Pinnacle Helicopters and Moab Heli X. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our websites, services, and experiences, including scenic air tours, flight instruction, charter services, and related offerings. By using our services or booking a flight, you agree to these Terms.

1. Operating Entities and Flight Operators
Redtail Air and Pinnacle Helicopters, LLC are affiliated aviation businesses but maintain separate operating identities and regulatory authority. Helicopter flights identified as operated by Pinnacle Helicopters are conducted by Pinnacle Helicopters, LLC under the FAA authority applicable to the particular flight, including its FAA-issued Letter of Authorization pursuant to 14 CFR § 91.147 when applicable.

Redtail Air may provide branding, marketing, reservation, customer-service, and administrative support for Pinnacle Helicopters flights; however, Redtail Air is not the operator of a flight conducted by Pinnacle Helicopters. Pinnacle Helicopters is responsible for the conduct of Pinnacle-operated flights and compliance with the FAA authority applicable to those operations.

The appearance of Redtail Air branding on an aircraft, website, reservation page, confirmation, advertisement, or other marketing material does not alter the identity of the operator or the regulatory authority under which a flight is conducted.

2. Booking & Cancellations
— Reservations: All flights and services must be booked in advance, either online, by phone, or in person.
— Payments: Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
— Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled flight may be eligible for a full refund. No-shows or late cancellations may be non-refundable. Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled or refunded at your discretion.

3. Weather & Safety
— Flight Conditions: All flights are subject to weather, air traffic control, and operational considerations. Safety is our top priority, and pilots have final authority regarding flight go/no-go decisions.
— Passenger Requirements: Passengers may be required to meet weight, age, or mobility requirements depending on aircraft and tour type. Please notify us in advance of any special needs.

4. Conduct & Responsibility
— Passenger Conduct: Disruptive, unsafe, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal without refund.
— Liability Waiver: By participating in any Redtail Air, Pinnacle Helicopters, or Moab Heli X activity, passengers acknowledge the inherent risks associated with aviation and agree to release the company and its affiliates from liability, to the extent permitted by law.

5. Use of Website
— Content: All content on our websites—including images, text, logos, and video—is owned or licensed by Redtail Air and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without written permission.
— User Behavior: You agree not to misuse our site or attempt to disrupt the operation or security of our services.

6. Intellectual Property
Redtail Air, Pinnacle Helicopters, and Moab Heli X logos, names, and content are protected trademarks and may not be used without prior consent.

7. Modifications to Services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services or website without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redtail Air and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our services or website.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
